Цены и Booking

1) Bookings may be carried out by returning the correct form via post, fax or e-mail to one of our addresses and according to the telephone or e-mail indications. The booking is valid only for persons whose names are given by the group leader.

2) Once the booking form has been filled in it must be sent via fax to the Management together with a copy of an identification document belonging to the group leader and a copy of the confirmation deposit payment slip ( terms of payment are at the bottom of the page). On receipt of this the Management will send out, via post, fax or e-mail, the booking contract as confirmation. All the details given by the client on the booking form will be present on the booking contract including any corrections due to incorrect compilation or non conformity with the original agreement.

PLEASE NOTE: THE BOOKING WILL BE CONSIDERED VOID IF THE BOOKING FORM OR THE DEPOSIT ARE NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE REQUIRED DATES.

3) On arrival at the Camping-Village the guest must go the Reception with the Booking Contract as a valid voucher to be signed, pay in full for the stay ( we do not accept any cheques), leave the required deposit ( cash only) and carry out any formalities indicated by the management.

4) The accommodation is available to guests after 13.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 09.00 on the day of departure. The pitches are available from 12.00 on arrival and must be vacated before 10.00 on the day of departure. Late arrival, after 20.00 and without notice, will be regarded as a forfeit of the booking. In such a case the management may rent the accommodation or pitch included in the booking without any reimbursement to the original contract holder. Eventual late departure (after 09.00 for accommodation units and after 12.00 for pitches) the Camping-Village will, after 1 hour, charge the guest tariff indicated on the public price list.

5) In the event that Management notes any difference in the personal details at the moment of check-in, it reserves the right to cancel the whole booking without returning the deposit and with the possibility to deny access to the whole travelling group included in the booking. In this case the management reserves the right to request the full payment of the booking.

6) In the event that the Group leader- Contract holder sends a booking cancellation via fax and/or recorded delivery to the village within 30 days of the arrival date, 20% of the booking deposit will be withheld for administration charges. After 30 days the client will lose the full deposit.

ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED onto the site during any period of the year.
